Additional Fees

• ​Calls, emails or letters written  outside of regularly scheduled appointments requiring 15 minutes or more. - $20.00.  (If the issue requires over 20 minutes a rate of $1.75 per minute will be applied.)
• Late cancellation fee (less than 24 hours) - $50.00
• Appointment no-show fee - $100.00
